Paris – Roubaix 2018, Stuyven: “I noticed that everyone was on the limit”

Jasper Stuyven achieved for the second time in a row a top-5 result on the finish line of the 2018 Paris – Roubaix. The Belgian had been part of the first chasing group on the back of Peter Sagan and Silvan Dillier and competed for the sprint for fourth after Terpstra moved an attack in the final stage of racing. At the end of the day Trek – Segafredo cannot disprove his Spring classics campaign is the result of a growth path which led him to be continuous thoughout the whole last month and half of racing on the cobbles.
