Poels will be Sky’s vice-leader at the Giro d’Italia

Wout Poels is going to have an important part inside Team Sky‘s line-up for 2018 Giro d’Italia. The Dutchman, who is performing well at Paris-Nice and is former Vuelta a Andalucia winner, will be the Team Sky’s leader in case Chris Froome won’t be capable of leading the british squad at the Corsa Rosa. Poels will keep this role even if Froome will be forced to stop by because of the pending case about his Sambutamol positivity.
