Volta a Catalunya 2018 Stage 2 Live

Volta a Catalunya 2018 is the stage race that leads into the springtime. Or, at least, it should be, considering the ambiguous weather conditions. From the 19 to the 25, March we will provide our live feed direct from inside the race. The ninety-eight edition of the race is made up of seven stages, none of each against the clock. Twenty five teams will take part to the Catalan stage race: in addiction to the 18 World Teams professional teams Burgos-BH, Euskadi-Murias, Cofidis, Caja Rural-Seguros RGA, Fortuneo-Samsic, Israel Cycling Academy and Manzana-Postobon are participating. Today’s Matarò – Valls (175,6 kms) can be read as a stage open to all kind of riders. Sprinters’ teams will be likely to set a constant tempo on the last climb in order to allow their leaders to compete for the sprint but for the punchers there is also the possibility to attack: the top of Col de Lilla, in fatcs, is with just over a dozen of kilometers remaining.
