Tour de Romandie 2018, Ackermann takes the sprint – Roglic gets the GC
Pascal Ackermann (Bora – hansgrohe) gets a World Tour victory on Tour de Romandie 2018 stage 5. The German joungster won the bunch sprint in Genève after 181,8 kilometers of racing. Today’s podium was completed by Michael Morkov (Quick step Floors) and Roberto Ferrari (UAE Team Emirates), who have finished recpectively in second and in third. Primoz Roglic (Lotto Nl – Jumbo) hans’t found any problems in keeping on his shoulders the overall jersey of Tour de Romandie 2018 and wins the second World Tour one week stage race in this season. Egan Bernal (Team Sky) finishes in second the Swiss competition whereas Ritchie Porte (BMC Racing) achieved in getting the third step of the podium.
