Toute derni\u00e8re course de la saison en Europe, le Chrono des Nations se d\u00e9roule ce dimanche autour des Herbiers, comme de tradition. Les coureurs \u00e9lites hommes devront couvrir 46,3 kilom\u00e8tres. Sont pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l’appel quelques belles t\u00eates d’affiche, \u00e0 commencer par le tout r\u00e9cent deuxi\u00e8me du Tour de Lombardie, Vincenzo Nibali (Bahrain-Merida), qui devrait honorer l’\u00e9preuve de sa pr\u00e9sence. Ce sera aussi la toute derni\u00e8re course professionnelle de Sylvain Chavanel (Direct Energie) et J\u00e9r\u00e9my Roy (Groupama-FDJ). C\u00f4t\u00e9 favoris, il faut nommer le prodige danois Mikkel Bjerg, double champion du monde Espoirs du chrono et nouveau recordman de l’heure au Danemark. Son compatriote Martin Toft Madsen, qui l’avait largement devanc\u00e9 l’an pass\u00e9, apparait comme candidat l\u00e9gitime \u00e0 sa propre succession apr\u00e8s sa 10e place sur les derniers Mondiaux. Le vice-champion d’Italie Filippo Ganna a \u00e9galement r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l’invitation des organisateurs, tout comme le champion de France Pierre Latour et le sp\u00e9cialiste Yoann Paillot.
