Seulement, le quadruple tenant du titre Alexey Lutsenko ne sera pas au d\u00e9part : ce dernier d\u00e9fendra les couleurs de son pays ce dimanche lors des Mondiaux d&rsquo;Innsbruck. Dans les rangs de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;Alexandre Vinokourov, on peut en revanche signaler le retour \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition de Luis Leon Sanchez.
