Plus dur qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;accoutum\u00e9e, celui-ci devrait r\u00e9duire les chances des sprinteurs, sans pour autant les \u00e9liminer totalement. La course se divise en fait en deux parties : d&rsquo;abord une longue boucle de 242,2 kilom\u00e8tres qui part de Plouay pour y ramener les coureurs vers un circuit accident\u00e9 de 14,7 kilom\u00e8tres. Le circuit final comporte cinq c\u00f4tes, dont celle de Ty Marrec (1,5km \u00e0 5,5%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La plupart des \u00e9quipes engag\u00e9es ont construit leurs effectifs avec un sprinteur et des coureurs capables de s&rsquo;extraire du peloton dans le final. Ainsi, l&rsquo;issue de la course est particuli\u00e8rement ind\u00e9cise. A noter tout de m\u00eame les pr\u00e9sences de Fernando Gaviria (Quick-Step), Sonny Colbrelli (Bahrain-Merida), Alexander Kristoff (UAE), Sam Bennett (Bora), John Degenkolb (Trek), Nikias Arndt (Sunweb) ou encore Christophe Laporte (Cofidis). Le vainqueur de l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2017 Elia Viviani (Quick-Step) est lui engag\u00e9 sur la Vuelta, et ne d\u00e9fendra, de fait, pas son titre cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cartes et profils
