Pour marquer le coup, les organisateurs ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 convaincre plusieurs grands noms, comme les premier et deuxi\u00e8me du dernier Tour de France Geraint Thomas (Sky) et Tom Dumoulin (Sunweb). Romain Bardet (AG2R) est aussi engag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Longue de quatre \u00e9tapes, la comp\u00e9tition ne pr\u00e9sente aucune ascension longue mais plut\u00f4t des rampes courtes et pentues, souvent plac\u00e9es en deuxi\u00e8me partie de course. Si la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape semble d\u00e9vou\u00e9e aux sprinteurs de renom pr\u00e9sents, notamment Pascal Ackermann (Bora), Andr\u00e9 Greipel (Lotto Soudal) ou Marcel Kittel (Katusha), la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape entre Bonn et Trier propose quatre bosses dans les 70 derniers kilom\u00e8tres. Si elles ne sont jamais bien longues, deux d&rsquo;entre elles d\u00e9passent tout de m\u00eame les 7% de pente moyenne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rebelote avec la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape entre Trier et Merzig qui pr\u00e9sente cette fois quatre bosses avec une pente moyenne sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 7% dans le final. La quatri\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape est moins dure que les deux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes avec une seule bosse plac\u00e9e dans le final et deux au d\u00e9part. Un sprint massif semble alors envisageable pour conclure ce Tour d&rsquo;Allemagne qui promet d&rsquo;offrir une course d\u00e9cousue et port\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;offensive.
