Comme chaque ann\u00e9e, le Tour de Burgos ayant lieu entre Tour et Vuelta, certains s’y rendent pour briller, surfant sur leur forme du Tour, alors que d’autres viennent \u00e0 la recherche de sensations pour pr\u00e9parer le Tour d’Espagne ou la fin de saison. Toujours montagneuse, l’\u00e9preuve sacre toujours un grimpeur ou un puncheur, \u00e0 l’image des dix derniers vainqueurs.
\nDisput\u00e9e en cinq \u00e9tapes, la course propose pour la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape une arriv\u00e9e difficile pour puncheurs, en haut d’une c\u00f4te de troisi\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie. Le lendemain, au contraire l’arriv\u00e9e sera jug\u00e9e en descente pour ce qui devrait \u00eatre la seule \u00e9tape v\u00e9ritablement destin\u00e9e aux purs-sprinteurs. D\u00e8s la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, les grimpeurs seront \u00e0 l’honneur avec l’arriv\u00e9e au sommet de Pic\u00f3n Blanco \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 1600 m\u00e8tres d’altitude. La quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape devrait de nouveau revenir \u00e0 un sprinteur, cependant, les quinze derniers kilom\u00e8tres s’effectuant en faux-plat montant pourraient favoriser les desseins d’un puncheur attaquant dans le final. Enfin \u00e0 l’occasion de la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape, le classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral prendra sa tournure d\u00e9finitive au sommet des\u00a0Lagunas de Neila au terme d’une ascension abrupte et apr\u00e8s 143 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n
