50e \u00e9dition du Tour du Haut-Var (2.1), du 17 au 18 f\u00e9vrier.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Parcours<\/strong><\/p>\n

Etape 1 : Le Cannet-des-Maures – Fayence (169,7 km)
\nEtape 2 : Vidauban – Flayosc (188,8 km)<\/p>\n

Informations<\/strong><\/h4>\n

En l’absence -notamment- du double tenant du titre Arthur Vichot, dont le retour attendra les Boucles Dr\u00f4me Ard\u00e8che, l’\u00e9dition jubil\u00e9 du Tour du Haut-Var s’annonce plus ind\u00e9cise. Thibaut Pinot, qui prendra le leadership \u00e0 la FDJ et effectuera alors son retour \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition, sera certes un candidat \u00e0 la victoire. Mais l’\u00e9tat de forme du Franc-Comtois rel\u00e8ve encore de l’\u00e9nigme. Surtout, se dresseront face \u00e0 lui des hommes \u00e0 la condition d\u00e9j\u00e0 aiguis\u00e9e. Ainsi, Christophe Laporte (Cofidis) se pr\u00e9sente au Haut-Var avec trois bouquets dans la besace. La configuration de l’\u00e9preuve vallonn\u00e9e a \u00e9galement de quoi sourire \u00e0 des coureurs d’exp\u00e9rience, comme les v\u00e9t\u00e9rans Sylvain Chavanel (Direct Energie) ou Samuel Dumoulin (AG2R La Mondiale). Ce ne sera pas la concurrence, particuli\u00e8rement franco-fran\u00e7aise, qui manquera pour cet anniversaire du Tour du Haut-Var.<\/p>\n

Au niveau du parcours, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape reliera Le Cannet-des-Maures \u00e0 Fayence sur 169,7 km. Bien que moins accident\u00e9e que le parcours du lendemain, l’\u00e9tape a de quoi dessiner des premiers \u00e9carts au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral avec son arriv\u00e9e en c\u00f4te. Mais, si on croit les r\u00e9centes exp\u00e9riences, la deuxi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape du week-end entre Vidauban et Flayosc saura, par son parcours costaud, d\u00e9cerner un vainqueur final de taille. En 2016 comme en 2017, Arthur Vichot, chaque fois second du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, y avait su comment retourner la course en sa faveur. C’\u00e9tait alors du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Draguignan, \u00e0 quelques encablures du juge de paix de dimanche. Ainsi, la ville juch\u00e9e sur un piton rocheux offrira des pourcentages avoisinant les 7,1 % sur son dernier kilom\u00e8tre. La bataille s’annonce pleine de promesses !<\/p>\n
