L’Am\u00e9ricain s’\u00e9tait fait remarquer cette ann\u00e9e en remportant la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du Tour d’Utah. Avec la signature de Robin Carpenter, annonc\u00e9 il y a quelques semaines,\u00a0Magner est le deuxi\u00e8me coureur \u00e0 quitter l’\u00e9quipe de George Hincapie pour Rally Cycling.
