Mostov est un coureur am\u00e9ricain de 21 ans qui \u00e9voluait d\u00e9j\u00e0 cette ann\u00e9e au niveau Continental avec l’\u00e9quipe Aevolo. En 2013, Mostov avait pris la m\u00e9daille de bronze du chrono Juniors des Mondiaux de Florence.
