Le parcours de 203,6 kilom\u00e8tres commence par\u00a0une boucle locale assez courte dans les rues d&rsquo;Isbergues qui offre toujours un d\u00e9part extr\u00eamement rythm\u00e9 avant que les coureurs ne quittent la cit\u00e9 Pas-de-Calaisienne pour aller chercher les Monts de l&rsquo;Ouest du B\u00e9thunois puis ne reviennent vers Isbergues pour des tours locaux. En cons\u00e9quence, la derni\u00e8re ascension, la plus connue aussi, celle d&rsquo;Estr\u00e9e-Blanche est \u00e0 plus de 100 kilom\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. La boucle finale fait 11,5km et est \u00e0 parcourir six fois. Le sprint est donc difficile \u00e0 \u00e9viter. D&rsquo;autant qu&rsquo;avec la pr\u00e9sence de Nacer Bouhanni (Cofidis) et de Mark Cavendish (Dimension Data) entre autres, les \u00e9quipes de sprinters devraient s&rsquo;entendre pour contr\u00f4ler la course.
