D\u00e9tails :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Tour de l’Algarve, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1960 et disput\u00e9 dans la pointe r\u00e9gion la plus m\u00e9ridionale du Portugal, est la course la plus importante du pays surtout qu’elle monte en grade en prenant le rang Hors Classe cette saison. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la course lusitanienne a souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 un premier test pour certains cadors du peloton mondial. Avec son format de cinq jours, alternant montagne, profils vallonn\u00e9s et contre-la-montre, c’est une \u00e9preuve id\u00e9ale pour faire le point en f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n

Le parcours de cette \u00e9dition 2017 sera tr\u00e8s semblable \u00e0 celui de l’an pass\u00e9 avec pas moins de quatre arriv\u00e9es similaires en cinq jours. On retrouvera en effet les deux \u00e9tapes accident\u00e9es avec des arriv\u00e9es en altitude au sommet de l’Alto de F\u00f3ia et au sommet de l’Alto de Malh\u00e3o le dernier jour o\u00f9 les Espagnols Luis Le\u00f3n Sanchez et Alberto Contador avaient fait la loi. Il y aura \u00e9galement le chrono de Sagres, long de 18 kilom\u00e8tres, que Fabian Cancellara avait remport\u00e9. Il y aura aussi une \u00e9tape promise aux sprinteurs \u00e0 Tavira le quatri\u00e8me jour, o\u00f9 Marcel Kittel s’\u00e9tait impos\u00e9. Seule le premier acte sera chamboul\u00e9 puisque les organisateurs ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre le chemin inverse de l’an pass\u00e9. Le peloton partira d’Albufeira pour rejoindre Lagos dans une arriv\u00e9e relativement plate. Il faudra donc \u00eatre complet pour succ\u00e9der \u00e0 Geraint Thomas, vainqueur des deux derni\u00e8res \u00e9ditions, qui sera absent cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
