Dimanche 18 juin – Elfstedenroute (1.1)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ce dimanche, une ‘nouvelle’ course voit le jour en Belgique avec l’Elfstedenronde, le tour des 11 Villes avec d\u00e9part et arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Bruges. Il s’agit d’une \u00e9preuve 1.1 avec la pr\u00e9sence des deux formations World Tour belges, Lotto-Soudal et Quick Step – Floors. \u00a0En fait, il s’agit d’un retour de l’\u00e9preuve dans le calendrier apr\u00e8s 28 ans d’absence. De grands noms figurent au palmar\u00e8s:\u00a0Rik Van Looy, Patrick Sercu et Freddy Martens (ce dernier donnera le d\u00e9part ce midi).<\/p>\n

La ville de Bruges a perdu le Grand D\u00e9part du Tour des Flandres au profit d’Anvers. Elle s’est donc mis \u00e0 la recherche d’une alternative. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 recherch\u00e9e dans les cartons le Tour des Onze Villes. Le d\u00e9part est donn\u00e9 depuis la Grand Place. 17 secteurs pav\u00e9s figurent au programme. Les Polders, particuli\u00e8rement expos\u00e9s au vent, pourraient donner du piquant \u00e0 cette \u00e9preuve. Cette course se d\u00e9roule exclusivement sur la province de Flandre Occidentale et se terminera par deux circuits locaux de 16,6 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n
