Une \u00e9tape dont les meilleurs grimpeurs vont devoir tirer le maximum sachant que les \u00e9carts sont encore tr\u00e8s ress\u00e9r\u00e9s au g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et que la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape, dimanche, verra les coureurs s&rsquo;affronter dans un ultime contre-la-montre individuel. Dans une \u00e9dition 2017 finalement tr\u00e8s peu montagneuse, la course h\u00e9lv\u00e8te n&rsquo;offrira que l&rsquo;\u00e9tape du jour comme terrain propice aux vrais escaladeurs. Le parcours concoct\u00e9 peut laisser pr\u00e9sager une course de mouvements, compte tenu des diff\u00e9rences \u00e0 cr\u00e9er.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il faudra d&rsquo;abord avaler une premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9tape relativement bossel\u00e9e mais sans r\u00e9elle difficult\u00e9. La seconde partie du trac\u00e9 sera bien plus s\u00e9rieuse. En l&rsquo;espace de 80 kilom\u00e8tres, quatre cols seront \u00e0 franchir, avec le Jaunpass en guise d&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritifs (5,9 km \u00e0 8,3 %). S&rsquo;en suivront les mont\u00e9es roulantes\u00a0de Saanenmoser (7,6 km \u00e0 4,4 %) et du\u00a0Pillon (7,2 km \u00e0 5,2 %), avant de prendre la direction de l&rsquo;ascension finale, vers Leysin. Courte, 4 kilom\u00e8tres, elle pr\u00e9sente une pente assez difficile \u00e0 7,2 % de moyenne.
