Martinez a devanc\u00e9 de quelques secondes son compatriote fran\u00e7ais <strong>Alex Baudin<\/strong> (EF Education &#8211; EasyPost) et l&rsquo;Espagnol <strong>Ion Izagirre<\/strong> (Cofidis), qui ont termin\u00e9 respectivement deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me.
