Quatorzi\u00e8me manche de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve transalpine, la semi-classique UCI 1.1 se d\u00e9roulera <strong>dimanche 17 ao\u00fbt<\/strong> sur les routes de Normandie, o\u00f9 les coureurs s&rsquo;attaqueront \u00e0 168,9 kilom\u00e8tres entre <strong>Avranches<\/strong> et <strong>Saint-Martin-de-Landelles<\/strong>. Il comprendra donc 168,9 kilom\u00e8tres, peu difficiles, mais n\u00e9anmoins assez mouvement\u00e9s, avec un total d&rsquo;environ 2300 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9. Le d\u00e9part sera donn\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>Avranches<\/strong>, petite ville de Normandie surplombant la baie du Mont-Saint-Michel, et apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re ligne droite de 24 kilom\u00e8tres, le peloton entrera dans le circuit qui caract\u00e9risera toute la journ\u00e9e, gravissant l&rsquo;ascension embl\u00e9matique de la course, la C\u00f4te de la Pigeonni\u00e8re, puis franchissant la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>Saint-Martin-de-Landelles<\/strong> 30,9 kilom\u00e8tres apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que d\u00e9butera le premier des onze tours pr\u00e9vus, chacun d&rsquo;entre eux mesurant 12,6 kilom\u00e8tres. Peu avant la <strong>C\u00f4te de la Pigeonni\u00e8re<\/strong> (500 m\u00e8tres \u00e0 6,6 %), qui sera abord\u00e9e pour la derni\u00e8re fois \u00e0 6 800 m\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e, se trouve une autre courte asp\u00e9rit\u00e9, la <strong>C\u00f4te de la Vall\u00e9e<\/strong> (900 m\u00e8tres \u00e0 6,5 %), qui contribuera \u00e9galement \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des coureurs dans chaque tour.
