Par la force des choses, il s&rsquo;agira d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e cruciale pour le sort de la course, les pr\u00e9tendants \u00e0 la victoire finale et au podium devant d\u00e9ployer toute leur \u00e9nergie pour surmonter une journ\u00e9e de 5450 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif. La route redevient plate pendant une douzaine de kilom\u00e8tres jusqu&rsquo;au Verney, o\u00f9 commence le GPM du <strong>Col du Glandon<\/strong>, une mont\u00e9e de 21,7 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 5,1 % (max. 16,3 %) dont la moyenne est abaiss\u00e9e par deux sections de descente qui divisent la mont\u00e9e en trois parties. La premi\u00e8re, d&rsquo;environ 6000 m\u00e8tres, avec des pentes entre 8% et 9% et m\u00eame quelques points \u00e0 deux chiffres ; la deuxi\u00e8me, d&rsquo;un peu plus de 8 kilom\u00e8tres, tr\u00e8s difficile dans la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 et un peu plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re dans la deuxi\u00e8me ; la troisi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re, de 2700 m\u00e8tres, avec des pentes d&rsquo;environ 7%.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois au sommet, il y aura une descente de vingt kilom\u00e8tres jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 La Chambre, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on reprendra le <strong>Col de la Madeleine<\/strong>, une mont\u00e9e beaucoup plus douce que la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de 19,2 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 7,9 % (max. 12,3 %) au sommet de laquelle il y aura 2000 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude et 67 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 parcourir. Les 26,4 derniers kilom\u00e8tres correspondent \u00e0 la tr\u00e8s longue ascension finale du <strong>Col de la Loze<\/strong>, abord\u00e9e du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Courchevel. La pente moyenne est de 6,5 % avec une pointe \u00e0 14,5 %, les 12 premiers kilom\u00e8tres \u00e9tant presque toujours autour de 7 % (mais d\u00e9passant parfois 8 %) et les 9 suivants entre 5 % et 6 % (mais \u00e0 certains endroits en dessous de 4 %). Par rapport \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me semaine de course, ce dernier semble \u00eatre en hausse tandis que le premier est en l\u00e9ger d\u00e9clin, bien que jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent le Danois n&rsquo;ait jamais r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher du Slov\u00e8ne, qui compte tenu de sa large avance peut se permettre de contr\u00f4ler et peut-\u00eatre de donner un coup de pouce juste dans le final pour d\u00e9passer son rival gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa plus grande explosivit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est une autre raison pour laquelle le Maillot Jaune actuel est toujours le Favori, m\u00eame si tout peut arriver dans une journ\u00e9e comme celle-ci, \u00e0 part le fait que nous sommes presque \u00e0 la fin du Tour et que les valeurs ont tendance \u00e0 se stabiliser.<\/p>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re ces deux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes, le duo Red Bull-Bora-hansgrohe compos\u00e9 de <strong>Florian Lipowitz<\/strong> et <strong>Primo\u017e Rogli\u010d<\/strong> semble lui aussi monter en puissance. L&rsquo;Allemand, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;un des meilleurs grimpeurs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, cherchera \u00e0 s&rsquo;assurer la troisi\u00e8me marche du podium et la Maglia Bianca, tandis que le Slov\u00e8ne, qui a commenc\u00e9 le Tour un peu discr\u00e8tement, a continuellement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 sa position au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et pourrait maintenant se lancer \u00e0 l&rsquo;assaut de la quatri\u00e8me place, qui n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;\u00e0 38 secondes. Occupant cette place, <strong>Oscar Onley<\/strong> (Team Picnic PostNL), qui sur le Mont Ventoux a souffert de l&#8217;emprise des deux capitaines Red Bull ; le Britannique devra probablement se d\u00e9fendre, mais ces derni\u00e8res semaines, il a fait preuve d&rsquo;un bon esprit d&rsquo;initiative et n&rsquo;a pas craint l&rsquo;affrontement direct.<\/p>\n<p>Quant aux autres hommes du top 10, il leur est difficile de penser qu&rsquo;ils peuvent obtenir un r\u00e9sultat en restant dans le groupe des grands, mais vu l&rsquo;\u00e9cart qu&rsquo;ils ont maintenant avec les leaders, il n&rsquo;est pas exclu qu&rsquo;ils tentent une attaque \u00e0 distance, agissant ainsi \u00e9galement pour la d\u00e9fense de leur place. On pourrait donc voir <strong>Felix Gall<\/strong> (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale) ou <strong>K\u00e9vin Vauquelin<\/strong> (Ark\u00e9a-B&#038;amp ;B Hotels), mais plus encore <strong>Tobias Halland Johannessen<\/strong> (Uno-X Mobility), <strong>Carlos Rodriguez<\/strong> (INEOS Grenadiers) et <strong>Ben Healy<\/strong> (EF Education &#8211; EasyPost), qui a beaucoup progress\u00e9 dans les longues ascensions et qui est l&rsquo;un des coureurs les plus combatifs de ce Tour, remportant une victoire, une deuxi\u00e8me et une troisi\u00e8me place dans les trois \u00e9chapp\u00e9es qu&rsquo;il a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 int\u00e9grer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>Comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas dans de nombreuses \u00e9tapes de ce Tour, \u00e0 l&rsquo;attaque, nous pourrions voir certains des hommes de Visma | Lease sur Bike pour \u00e9ventuellement servir de point d&rsquo;appui \u00e0 Vingegaard, avec notamment <strong>Matteo Jorgenson<\/strong> et <strong>Tiesj Benoot<\/strong> en mesure de r\u00e9aliser ce type d&rsquo;action. Nous sommes dans les derniers jours d&rsquo;une course qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9puisante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent et le profil d&rsquo;altitude, avec trois tr\u00e8s longues ascensions alpines, parle de lui-m\u00eame. Bien g\u00e9rer l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie restante dans les r\u00e9servoirs sera probablement l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important de la performance, mais nous devons \u00e9galement \u00eatre tr\u00e8s attentifs aux conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, car les pr\u00e9visions annoncent une journ\u00e9e \u00e0 prendre avec pr\u00e9caution : les coureurs fr\u00f4leront, voire d\u00e9passeront, les 2000 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude et trouveront de la pluie et des temp\u00e9ratures basses. Les descentes seront donc un aspect fondamental, tant en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9carts possibles qu&rsquo;en termes de pilotage. L&rsquo;ascension finale est donc \u00e9norme et la possibilit\u00e9 de payer beaucoup, m\u00eame si ce n&rsquo;est que dans le cas d&rsquo;un seul moment de brouillard, est certainement
