Cette derni\u00e8re a bien d\u00e9sorganis\u00e9 le peloton, mais tout est rentr\u00e9 en ordre et ce sont les sprinteurs qui ont finalement disput\u00e9 la victoire. Comme lors de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, Fernando Gaviria (UAE-Team Emirates) y a domin\u00e9 Pascal Ackermann (Bora-hansgrohe).
