Tenant du titre, Dylan Groenewegen ne fait pas le d\u00e9placement. Il n&rsquo;y a en fait aucune \u00e9quipe WorldTour sur la liste de d\u00e9part compos\u00e9e de cinq formations continentales pro et douze continentales. Cela devrait donc donner une course ouverte, au fil de laquelle les deux repr\u00e9sentantes fran\u00e7aises &#8211; Ark\u00e9a-Samsic et Vital Concept-B&amp;B Hotels &#8211; tenteront de tirer leurs
