L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe W52-FC Porto a alors imprim\u00e9 un train soutenu et mis Daniel Mestre sur orbite. Le sprinteur de 33 ans n&rsquo;a pas d\u00e9\u00e7u et remporte la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape. Il devance Cl\u00e9ment Russo (Ark\u00e9a-Samsic) et August Jansen (Israel Cycling Academy) d&rsquo;une longueur sur la ligne.
