Ancienne manche de la Coupe de Belgique, la Heistse Pijl (Fl\u00e8che de Heist) se d\u00e9roule ce samedi dans la province d\u2019Anvers. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1927 en tant que kermesse, la course n’int\u00e8gre l’Europe Tour qu’en 2016, et fait donc partie de la Coupe de Belgique jusqu’en 2018. Classique plate, le parcours de 194 kilom\u00e8tres ne pr\u00e9sente pas de difficult\u00e9 majeure. Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re partie en ligne, il faudra effectuer neuf tours d\u2019un circuit local de 15 kilom\u00e8tres dans Heist-op-den-Berg. La course est \u00e9videmment d\u00e9volue \u00e0 une sprinteur, avec la victoire d’Emils Liepins devant Wouter Wippert en 2018.<\/p>\n

Actuellement engag\u00e9 sur le ZLM Tour, le letton de la formation Wallonie-Bruxelles ne sera pas pr\u00e9sent pour d\u00e9fendre son titre. Faire la passe de deu aurait de toute mani\u00e8re \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile, car le plateau est bien plus relev\u00e9 que l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Cela s’explique en partie par le d\u00e9placement de la course au calendrier, qui sert d\u00e9sormais de pr\u00e9paration aux diff\u00e9rents championnats nationaux. Ainsi, des sprinteurs de haut niveau sont pr\u00e9sents, \u00e0 commencer par Alvaro Hodeg (Deceuninck-Quickstep). Le colombien devra notamment faire face \u00e0 Bryan Coquard, Jasper Philipsen, Kenny Dehaes ou Nacer Bouhanni.<\/p>\n
