Le parcours tout \u00e0 fait plat permettra sans aucun doute aux hommes rapides de se disputer le premier maillot de leader \u00e0 Knokke-Heist. Une premi\u00e8re s\u00e9lection pour le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral arrivera le lendemain. Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9but d&rsquo;\u00e9tape plat, plusieurs sections pav\u00e9es seront \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier en plus des ascensions du Leberg, du Tenbosse, du Denderoorberg et du Muur. Le parcours est escarp\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de Zottegem et promet de couronner un costaud. Vient ensuite le chrono de Grimbergen. Les 9 kilom\u00e8tres sans difficult\u00e9 devraient permettre quelques \u00e9carts cruciaux dans une \u00e9preuve qui se joue souvent \u00e0 quelques secondes. A ce titre, il est bon de pr\u00e9ciser qu&rsquo;un kilom\u00e8tre en or animera chacune des \u00e9tapes en ligne. Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque fois dans les 15 derni\u00e8res unit\u00e9s de course, ce kilom\u00e8tre proposera trois sprints bonifications (0-500m-1000m).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Wallonie, la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape devrait proposer un grand spectacle. Les ascensions r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es de la Roche-aux-Faucons et de la Rue du Fort \u00e9maillent le final, alors qu&rsquo;il faudra auparavant gravir la C\u00f4te de la Redoute. Sur 151 kilom\u00e8tres autour de Seraing, cette journ\u00e9e devrait \u00eatre un concentr\u00e9 d&rsquo;action. Enfin, l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve se terminera sans doute comme elle a commenc\u00e9 : par un sprint massif. Le parcours est sans difficult\u00e9 et devrait donc offrir une deuxi\u00e8me opportunit\u00e9 aux hommes rapides. Parmi eux, Fabio Jakobsen (Deceuninck-Quick Step), Bryan Coquard (Vital Concept-B&amp;B Hotels), Christophe Laporte (Cofidis), Matteo Moschetti (Trek-Segafredo), Niccolo Bonifazio (Total Direct Energie), Timothy Dupont (Wanty-Gobert) ou encore Rudy Barbier (Israel Cycling Academy) font le d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concernant la course au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le double tenant du titre Jens Keukeleire n&rsquo;est pas de la partie. Il sera cependant remplac\u00e9 avantageusement par Tim Wellens dans les rangs de la Lotto Soudal. Remco Evenepoel conduira les ambitions de Deceuninck-Quick Step, alors que Total Direct Energie fait confiance \u00e0 ses hommes forts Niki Terpstra et Anthony Turgis.
