L&rsquo;\u00e9preuve ib\u00e9rique se court sur trois \u00e9tapes pour un total de 500 kilom\u00e8tres. Une seule formation WorldTour r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l&rsquo;appel de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve class\u00e9e 2.1 : Movistar, avec le retour \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition de Marc Soler. Douze Conti Pro et sept Conti compl\u00e8tent le plateau avec notamment les \u00e9quipes fran\u00e7aises Total Direct Energie, Vital Concept-B&amp;B Hotels et Delko Marseille Provence. Il y aura ainsi sur la ligne de d\u00e9part Rein Taaramae pour la premi\u00e8re, Pierre Rolland pour la deuxi\u00e8me ou encore Javier Moreno, le vainqueur de l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2018, pour la derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 parcours, les \u00e9tapes seront toujours vallonn\u00e9es. La premi\u00e8re servira de mise en jambes, avec une seule difficult\u00e9 r\u00e9pertori\u00e9e : l&rsquo;Alto de Paniza (4,8km \u00e0 4,6%), et une arriv\u00e9e en descente. La victoire devrait alors se jouer sur un sprint en comit\u00e9 r\u00e9duit, avant l&rsquo;\u00e9tape reine le lendemain. Ainsi, c&rsquo;est samedi que devrait se jouer le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve. Il y aura quatre ascensions au programme, dont l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e au sommet de Canfranc-Estacion (8,7km \u00e0 3%). Si elle semble roulante, cette mont\u00e9e devrait \u00eatre rendue difficile par l&rsquo;encha\u00eenement de difficult\u00e9s qui la pr\u00e9c\u00e8de. Finalement, la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape devrait sourire aux purs sprinteurs.
