En l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;un coureur capable de jouer sa carte au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la formation belge alignera une \u00e9quipe enti\u00e8rement tourn\u00e9e vers le sprint et capable d&rsquo;entourer au mieux le jeune n\u00e9erlandais Fabio Jakobsen, sprinteur d\u00e9sign\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 vainqueur \u00e0 trois reprises cette ann\u00e9e.
