Alors que la capitale italienne n&rsquo;est, cette ann\u00e9e, ni le d\u00e9part ni l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;une \u00e9tape, elle devait \u00eatre travers\u00e9e lors de la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape. Selon les derni\u00e8res informations de Il Messagio, il n&rsquo;y aurait pas eu\u00a0\u00ab <em>d&rsquo;autorisation de transit de coureurs par la municipalit\u00e9 de Rome<\/em> \u00bb, ce qui faisait redouter d&rsquo;importants probl\u00e8mes techniques. L&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire a alors \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9, les coureurs passeront d\u00e9sormais non loin de Rome, mais n&rsquo;entreront pas dans la ville.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le conseilleur au sport et aux grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements de la mairie, Daniele Frongia, l&rsquo;explique. \u00ab <em>Pour des raisons de circulation et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, nos bureaux ont inform\u00e9 les organisateurs que l&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire propos\u00e9 n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas adapt\u00e9.<\/em> \u00bb\u00a0Une proposition alternative a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le parcours de l&rsquo;\u00e9tape s&rsquo;en trouve modifi\u00e9, avec l&rsquo;ajout de sept kilom\u00e8tres pour contourner la capitale. Un changement qui a son importance puisque l&rsquo;\u00e9tape sera longue de 235 kilom\u00e8tres. Le final a \u00e9galement \u00e9tait chang\u00e9, et semble plus exigeant qu&rsquo;auparavant.
