Le Tour de Romandie s&rsquo;\u00e9lance ce mardi, par un prologue de 3,87 kilom\u00e8tres dans les rues de Neuch\u00e2tel. S&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a que 45 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 au programme, la mont\u00e9e sur la Coll\u00e9giale, au sommet de laquelle est plac\u00e9e l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire, testera les organismes. \u00ab <em>Comme toujours les relances &#8211; sept ! -, feront la diff\u00e9rence<\/em>, pr\u00e9vient Bernard B\u00e4rtschi, le directeur de la course. <em>Le premier maillot jaune ira \u00e0 un coureur nerveux, puissant, habile technicien et aussi lucide. Il sera imit\u00e9 une minute plus tard par Odd Christian Eiking (Wanty-Groupe Gobert). Les autres suivront de minute en minute jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Steven Kruijswijk (Jumbo-Visma) dernier coureur \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9lancer, \u00e0 17h25. Le N\u00e9erlandais sera pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 par Geraint Thomas (Ineos) et Ryan Mullen (Trek-Segafredo), deux coureurs capables de briller ce mardi. Il faudra bien s\u00fbr surveiller le local Stefan K\u00fcng (Groupama-FDJ), sur la rampe \u00e0 17h20, ou le nouveau d\u00e9tenteur du record de l&rsquo;heure Victor Campenaerts (Lotto Soudal) \u00e0 15h11. Le tenant du titre Primoz Roglic (Jumbo-Visma) sera plus que jamais \u00e0 suivre, \u00e0 17h05, tout comme ses co\u00e9quipiers Tony Martin, \u00e0 16h25, et Jos van Emden, \u00e0
