Cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape de Paris-Nice 2019 est une copie conforme \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape de l&rsquo;\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Un classique revisit\u00e9 toutefois puisque l&rsquo;an pass\u00e9, le final a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 pour favoriser les coureurs audacieux avec l&rsquo;ascension du Col d&rsquo;Eze par le versant oppos\u00e9 et le Col des Quatre Chemins pour terminer, dont le sommet n&rsquo;est distant que de 9 kilom\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e finale. Cette ann\u00e9e le leader du classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Egan Bernal (Team Sky), poss\u00e8de 45\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;avance sur son premier poursuivant, Philippe Gilbert (Deceuninck &#8211; Quick Step) et 46&Prime; sur Nairo Quintana (Movistar). Des \u00e9carts bien sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ce dont on a l&rsquo;habitude mais cette \u00e9tape de Nice a d\u00e9j\u00e0 confirm\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses reprises le dicton selon lequel \u00ab\u00a0<em>rien n&rsquo;est gagn\u00e9 avant d&rsquo;avoir franchi la ligne<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Une chose est quasi s\u00fbre : Bernal sera attaqu\u00e9.
