Ce samedi, le peloton de Tirreno-Adriatico fait face \u00e0 un journ\u00e9e muscl\u00e9e en direction de Fossombrone. Non seulement car l&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire s&rsquo;\u00e9tale sur pas moins de 221 kilom\u00e8tres, mais aussi car le final s&rsquo;annonce muscl\u00e9 dans les Marches. La premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de parcours sera relativement \u00ab\u00a0simple\u00a0\u00bb, et les coureurs passeront une premi\u00e8re fois sur la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 la mi-course. Ce n&rsquo;est toutefois qu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre-vingt kilom\u00e8tres du but que les choses s\u00e9rieuses devraient d\u00e9buter. D\u00e8s lors s&rsquo;encha\u00eeneront de courtes mont\u00e9es et descentes, notamment du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Cartoceto et Monteguiduccio. Au sommet de cette derni\u00e8re bosse cit\u00e9e, aux pentes irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res, ce qui restera du paquet plongera alors vers Fossombrone, avant d&rsquo;aborder le circuit final \u00e0 parcourir deux fois. D&rsquo;une longueur de 9,2 kilom\u00e8tres, celui-ci inclue la mont\u00e9e des Cappuccini, longue de\u00a02800 m\u00e8tres dont les pentes, toujours sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 12%, atteignent m\u00eame les 19% \u00e0 certains endroits. Au sommet, Il ne reste que 5500 m\u00e8tres \u00e0 couvrir, dont quatre de descente rapide et 1500 m\u00e8tres de plat pour rejoindre la ligne.
