Absent des comp\u00e9titions depuis 513 jours, Bart De Clercq a enfin accroch\u00e9 un dossard \u00e0 son maillot de la Wanty-Groupe Gobert.\u00a0C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs la premi\u00e8re fois qu&rsquo;il portera les couleurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe belge, puisqu&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9 apr\u00e8s sa derni\u00e8re course. Une lourde chute \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement au tout d\u00e9but du mois de janvier 2018 l&rsquo;avait ensuite contraint \u00e0 une interminable r\u00e9\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Heureux de retrouver ma place \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bless\u00e9 \u00e0 la hanche, De Clercq avait alors subi plusieurs interventions chirurgicales avant que les m\u00e9decins ne d\u00e9cident de lui greffer une hanche artificielle \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne.\u00a0\u00ab <em>J&rsquo;ai v\u00e9cu une ann\u00e9e tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9e, o\u00f9 les ennuis se sont accumul\u00e9s<\/em>, d\u00e9crit-il sur le site de son \u00e9quipe. <em>A chaque fois que mes sensations s&rsquo;am\u00e9lioraient, j&rsquo;ai connu une rechute. Ce ne fut pas simple \u00e0 vivre, d&rsquo;autant que la douleur \u00e9tait permanente. Mais je me suis fix\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque fois de nouveaux objectifs, j&rsquo;ai toujours gard\u00e9 ma motivation m\u00eame si j&rsquo;esp\u00e9rais pouvoir retrouver la comp\u00e9tition plus rapidement.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lui-m\u00eame ne sait pas exactement o\u00f9 il en est de sa condition, mais ne revient pas faire de la figuration. \u00ab <em>Je suis\u00a0heureux de retrouver ma place dans le peloton, de recommencer les courses. Je pense que ma condition n\u2019est, dans l\u2019absolu, pas mauvaise. Je sens semaine apr\u00e8s semaine une r\u00e9elle progression. Mais cela fait un an et demi que je n\u2019ai pas couru, donc je m\u2019attends \u00e0 souffrir pour la reprise. Je compte en tout cas profiter de ce Tour d\u2019Oman, et progresser course apr\u00e8s course pour revenir \u00e0 mon meilleur niveau.
