Dopo un avvio molto frizzante e la disputa di una prova particolare come la cronosquadre, la corsa francese propone per l&#8217;occasione un men\u00f9 un po&#8217; pi\u00f9 tranquillo, anche se le difficolt\u00e0 altimetriche non mancheranno neppure in questa occasione. La presenza di ben 6 Gran Premi della Montagna, tutti concentrati nei primi due terzi del tracciato che unisce <strong>Le Puy-en-Velay<\/strong> a <strong>Montrond-les-Bains,<\/strong> sembrano apparecchiare la tavola per un nuovo banchetto riservato agli attaccanti di giornata. Attenzione, per\u00f2, perch\u00e9 negli ultimi 60 chilometri ci saranno solo discesa prima e pianura poi, scenario che non esclude per nulla la possibilit\u00e0 che qualche corridore veloce e resistente voglia provare a fare la corsa fino in fondo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ORARIO DI PARTENZA:<\/strong> 13:05<br \/>\n<strong>ORARIO DI ARRIVO (PREVISTO):<\/strong> 16:58-17:20<br \/>\n<strong>DIRETTA TV E STREAMING:<\/strong> 15:20-17:20 Eurosport 2, Discovery+<br \/>\n<strong>HASHTAG UFFICIALE:<\/strong> #TourAuvergneRh\u00f4neAlpes<\/p>\n<h2>Percorso Quarta Tappa Tour Auvergne &#8211; Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes 2026<\/h2>\n<p>Si lascia<strong> Le Puy-en-Velay<\/strong>, che era stata sede di arrivo della seconda frazione, e si fa rotta verso nord, andando a prendere una strada che tender\u00e0 subito a salire, verso il <strong>Col de la Croix de l&#8217;Arbre<\/strong> (4 km al 4,1%). Ci sar\u00e0 poi da percorrere un tratto in quota di una ventina di chilometri prima di scendere verso <strong>Arlanc<\/strong>, dove sar\u00e0 posto il traguardo volante con abbuoni di giornata. Poco dopo, la strada riprender\u00e0 a salire, prima con l&#8217;ascesa alla <strong>C\u00f4te du Temple<\/strong> (5,7 km al 4,5%) e poi, dopo una brevissima pausa, con la <strong>C\u00f4te de Chougoirard<\/strong> (7,8 km al 5,5%), che rappresenta l&#8217;ostacolo pi\u00f9 complicato per i corridori che punteranno alla volata.<\/p>\n<p>Breve tratto di respiro e nuovo rimbalzo verso l&#8217;alto, con il <strong>Col des Limite<\/strong>s (3,7 km al 5,5%), seguito a stretto giro di posta dalla <strong>C\u00f4te de L\u00e9rigneux<\/strong> (1,7 km al 4,4%) e dalla <strong>C\u00f4te de Roche-en-Forez<\/strong> (2,1 km al 4,5%), Gpm concentrati nello spazio di 5 chilometri. Superato il traguardo parziale, posto a 58 chilometri dal traguardo, si salir\u00e0 ancora, dolcemente, per circa 8 chilometri: da l\u00ec inizier\u00e0 una lunghissima discesa che si concluder\u00e0 nell&#8217;abitato di Montverdun, a 30 chilometri dall&#8217;arrivo. Ai corridori, a quel punto, mancher\u00e0 da percorrere solo quella sezione, tutta pianeggiante fino al traguardo di <strong>Montrond-les-Bains<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Favoriti Quarta Tappa Tour Auvergne &#8211; Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il percorso di questa tappa sembra adattarsi perfettamente alle caratteristiche di <strong>Dorian Godon<\/strong> (Netcompany INEOS). Il campione nazionale francese ha dimostrato ampiamente di saper resistere al meglio in tappe impegnative come questa e il finale pianeggiante \u00e8 perfetto per le sue doti di sprinter. In questa stagione ha sempre vinto nelle brevi corse a tappe WorldTour e se se riuscir\u00e0 ad arrivare in testa nel finale, allora sarebbe il favorito assoluto. Altro velocista resistente che pu\u00f2 dire la sua in questa frazione \u00e8 <strong>Michael Matthews<\/strong> (Jayco AlUla). L\u2019australiano \u00e8 al rientro alla corse dopo la lunga assenza dovuta all\u2019infortunio di inizio stagione, ma i segnali arrivati nella cronosquadre sono stati ottimi, visto che \u00e8 stato il primo a tagliare il traguardo nel suo team. La cronometro a squadre invece ha visto in grande difficolt\u00e0 <strong>Wout Van Aert<\/strong> (Visma | Lease a Bike). Il belga sarebbe sulla carta il favorito numero uno, ma la sua condizione nella prova contro il tempo \u00e8 apparsa davvero scarsa, considerando che si \u00e8 subito staccato nella prima salita, dopo neanche dieci minuti di prova. Non va escluso comunque un suo recupero, ma non essendo al top potrebbe faticare ancora.<\/p>\n<p>Una frazione che \u00e8 anche adatta agli attaccanti e tra coloro in grado di fare la differenza su un percorso di questi tipo troviamo <strong>Beno\u00eet Cosnefroy<\/strong> (UAE Team Emirates \u2013 XRG). Il francese ha gi\u00e0 ottenuto quattro vittorie e tanti piazzamenti in questa stagione, unendo resistenza in salita e spunto veloce, un mix che potrebbe risultare vincente per questa giornata. Altro corridore che si pu\u00f2 esaltare con un\u2019azione da lontano \u00e8 <strong>Iv\u00e1n Romeo<\/strong> (Movistar), che nella scorsa edizione vinse una tappa con un percorso simile proprio in fuga. Restando in tema di specialisti dell\u2019attacco, non si pu\u00f2 non citare <strong>Ben Healy<\/strong> (EF Education-EasyPost), che nella cronosquadre ha dato buoni segnali e potrebbe ritrovare la gamba giusta dopo le prime giornate di difficolt\u00e0 al rientro in corsa.<\/p>\n<p>Uniscono poi doti da attaccanti ad un ottimo spunto veloce <strong>Finn Fisher-Black<\/strong> (Red Bull \u2013 BORA \u2013 hansgrohe), gi\u00e0 protagonista al Giro di Romandia, e <strong>Simone Velasco<\/strong> (XDS Astana) sempre da considerare in queste frazioni. Tra le squadre sempre attive nelle fughe c\u2019\u00e8 la Uno-X Mobility, che dopo aver vinto la seconda tappa Anthon Charmig, potrebbe riprovarci con un altro danese, <strong>Andreas Kron<\/strong>, adatto a questo tipo di percorso. Attenzione poi a <strong>Cl\u00e9ment Braz Afonso<\/strong> (Groupama &#8211; FDJ United) gi\u00e0 in fuga nella seconda tappa. Tra coloro che potrebbe inserirsi in un\u2019azione da lontano, citiamo poi <strong>Pello Bilbao<\/strong>, ormai uscito di classifica, e il compagno <strong>Matej Mohori\u010d<\/strong> (Bahrain \u2013 Victorious), <strong>Pablo Castrillo<\/strong> (Movistar), <strong>Quinn Simmons<\/strong> (Lidl-Trek), <strong>Michael Leonard<\/strong> (EF Education-EasyPost) e <strong>Georg Zimmermann<\/strong> (Lotto Intermarch\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Nel caso invece in cui la corsa si mantenesse pi\u00f9 chiusa del previsto e dovesse arrivare un gruppo ristretto al traguardo, andrebbe infine considerati anche qui velocisti che possono tenere duro in salita. Gli uomini di classifica dovranno quindi tenere sotto controllo la situazione, con l&#8217;aiuto dei compagni di squadra, ed essere anche attenti nell&#8217;evitare eventuali incidenti di gara dettati dalla frenesia che potrebbe caratterizzare il gruppo in quelle fasi. In caso di arrivo a ranghi pi\u00f9 o meno compatti, varr\u00e0 probabilmente lo stesso discorso: se sar\u00e0 volata, ci saranno molti corridori determinati a non farsi sfuggire l&#8217;occasione e
