Per <strong>sabato 28 marzo<\/strong> gli organizzatori hanno scelto di riproporre un &#8220;tragitto&#8221; gi\u00e0 visto negli anni passati (anche se nell&#8217;edizione 2025 la tappa fu sconvolta dalle condizioni meteo), 158,5 chilometri con partenza da <strong>Berga<\/strong> e arrivo a <strong>Queralt<\/strong>, e su cui si sono visti all&#8217;opera gli uomini di classifica. Sulla carta, dovrebbe essere cos\u00ec anche questa volta, anche perch\u00e9 c&#8217;\u00e8 la ghiotta possibilit\u00e0 di dare un&#8217;impronta quasi definitiva alla classifica generale, dato che, mandata in archivio questa frazione, mancher\u00e0 solo una tappa alla conclusione.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ORARIO DI PARTENZA:<\/strong> 12:45<br \/>\n<strong>ORARIO DI ARRIVO (PREVISTO):<\/strong> 16:47-17:13<br \/>\n<strong>DIRETTA TV E STREAMING:<\/strong> 15:20-17:20 Eurosport 2 \/ Discovery+<br \/>\n<strong>HASHTAG UFFICIALE:<\/strong> #VoltaCatalunya #VoltaCatalunya105<\/p>\n<h2>Percorso Sesta Tappa Volta a Catalunya 2026<\/h2>\n<p>Il percorso di questa tappa consister\u00e0 sostanzialmente in un lungo giro di 158,2 chilometri con partenza da <strong>Berga<\/strong> e arrivo posto appena sopra tale localit\u00e0, presso il santuario di <strong>Queralt<\/strong>. I primi 12 chilometri dopo il via saranno in lieve discesa, poi si incontrer\u00e0 una prima salita (non categorizzata) che sar\u00e0 seguita da una trentina di chilometri in leggera ma costante ascesa che porteranno ai piedi del primo GPM in programma, l&#8217;irregolare <strong>Coll de la Batallola<\/strong> (11,7 km al 3%, max. 12%). Dopo lo scollinamento si affronteranno una ventina di chilometri di discesa molto dolce che termineranno con l&#8217;inizio della principale difficolt\u00e0 di giornata, il <strong>Coll de Pradell<\/strong> (15,1 km al 6,5%, max. 18%), salita divisa in due parti da un breve tratto in contropendenza.<\/p>\n<p>Nella seconda met\u00e0 si incontreranno le pendenze pi\u00f9 dure e qualche squadra potrebbe gi\u00e0 iniziare ad alzare il ritmo e a fare selezione, dato che in vetta mancheranno 60 chilometri alla conclusione. La successiva discesa, interrotta da un breve tratto all&#8217;ins\u00f9 che inizier\u00e0 al traguardo volante di <strong>Pedraforca<\/strong>, si concluder\u00e0 quasi ai piedi della <strong>Collada de Sant Isidre<\/strong> (5 km all&#8217;8,4%, max. 15%), altro ottimo punto per un qualche attacco o per rendere ancor pi\u00f9 dura la corsa. Una dozzina di chilometri di fondovalle con un paio di ondulazioni anticiperanno quindi lo sprint intermedio di <strong>Berga<\/strong>, dove inizieranno i 5900 metri dell&#8217;ascesa finale, che ha una pendenza media del 7% e una punta del 15%. I tratti pi\u00f9 duri si incontreranno nella prima parte e, dopo circa 500 metri pi\u00f9 semplici, negli ultimi tre chilometri, dove gli scalatori pi\u00f9 forti potranno fare la differenza.<\/p>\n<h2>Favoriti Sesta Tappa Volta a Catalunya 2026<\/h2>\n<p>Dopo la dimostrazione di forza nella salita finale della quinta tappa, <strong>Jonas Vingegaard<\/strong> (Visma | Lease a Bike) parte ovviamente con i favori del pronostico anche in questa giornata. Con il successo sul Coll de Pal, il danese ha gi\u00e0 fatto segnare delle differenze importanti in classifica generale su tutti gli avversari, ma qui potrebbe chiudere definitivamente i conti e presentarsi cos\u00ec alla frazione finale con pi\u00f9 tranquillit\u00e0. Del resto, il 29enne si \u00e8 dimostrato il pi\u00f9 forte quando la strada sale e, se saranno i big a giocarsi la vittoria sul traguardo di Queralt, difficilmente si far\u00e0 sfuggire la possibilit\u00e0 di cogliere un&#8217;altra affermazione.<\/p>\n<p>Tra coloro che potrebbero avere le maggiori possibilit\u00e0 di contrastarlo c&#8217;\u00e8 <strong>Lenny Martinez<\/strong> (Bahrain Victorious), che nell&#8217;ultima tappa della Parigi-Nizza \u00e8 riuscito a non farsi staccare dal danese e a batterlo poi allo sprint. Il francese si sta confermando in buona condizione anche qui in Spagna, tanto che \u00e8 terzo nella generale, e data la sua esplosivit\u00e0 potrebbe trovare terreno per fare la differenza sulla breve ascesa conclusiva. Attenzione comunque anche al connazionale <strong>Valentin Paret-Peintre<\/strong> (Soudal Quick-Step), agile scalatore che si trova a suo agio su certe pendenze, e all&#8217;austriaco <strong>Felix Gall<\/strong> (Decathlon CMA CGM), apparso piuttosto brillante sul Coll de Pal e al momento sul secondo gradino del podio finale.<\/p>\n<p>Non \u00e8 invece apparso al meglio, probabilmente anche per via della caduta dell&#8217;altro giorno, <strong>Remco Evenepoel<\/strong> (Red Bull-Bora-hasngrohe), che tuttavia, in una salita pi\u00f9 breve e pi\u00f9 adatta alle sue caratteristiche rispetto a quella sulla quale si \u00e8 conclusa la quinta frazione, potrebbe anche dire la sua e lottare per la vittoria di giornata. Da vedere, comunque, quale sar\u00e0 la tattica della formazione tedesca, che potrebbe invece decidere di puntare su <strong>Florian Lipowitz<\/strong>, dato che \u00e8 andato pi\u00f9 forte rispetto al belga sul Coll de Pal e si trova a una manciata di secondi dal podio.<\/p>\n<p>Altri scalatori che possono far bene in questa giornata sono poi <strong>Ben O&#8217;Connor<\/strong> (Team Jayco AlUla), <strong>Mattias Skjelmose<\/strong> (Lidl-Trek), <strong>Cian Uijtdebroeks<\/strong> ed <strong>Enric Mas<\/strong> (Movistar), <strong>Lorenzo Fortunato<\/strong> (XDS Astana) e <strong>Matthew Riccitello<\/strong> (Decathlon CMA CGM), con quest&#8217;ultimo che potrebbe anche tentare di anticipare e fare gioco di squadra con Gall, cos\u00ec come potrebbero fare <strong>Santiago Buitrago<\/strong> (Bahrain Victorious) per Martinez o <strong>Mikel Landa<\/strong> (Soudal Quick-Step) per Paret-Peintre. Al momento, sembrano invece un po&#8217; indietro di condizione<strong> Jo\u00e3o Almeida<\/strong> (UAE Team Emirates XRG) e <strong>Oscar Onley<\/strong> (Ineos Grenadiers), che in ogni caso non possono essere sottovalutati e potrebbero anche cogliere un buon risultato.<\/p>\n<p>Diversi corridori pagano gi\u00e0 un distacco importante dalle posizioni di vertice e potrebbero quindi avere un po&#8217; pi\u00f9 di libert\u00e0 in questa giornata per provare ad andare all&#8217;attacco da lontano e cercare di conquistare il successo. In questa lista possiamo inserire scalatori quali <strong>Juan Pedro Lopez<\/strong> (Movista), <strong>Harold Martin Lopez<\/strong> (XDS Astana), <strong>Guillaume Martin<\/strong> (Groupama-FDJ United), <strong>Paul Double<\/strong> (Team Jayco AlUla), <strong>Richard Carapaz<\/strong> e <strong>Georg Steinhauser<\/strong> (EF Education-EasyPost), attaccanti come <strong>Andreas Leknessund<\/strong> (Uno-X Mobility), <strong>Filippo Zana<\/strong> (Soudal Quick-Step), <strong>Marc Soler<\/strong> e <strong>Brandon McNulty<\/strong> (UAE Team Emirates XRG), <strong>Carlos Verona<\/strong> e <strong>Giulio Ciccone<\/strong> (Lidl-Trek), quest&#8217;ultimo gi\u00e0 in fuga nella quinta tappa, senza escludere neppure <strong>Tom Pidcock<\/strong> (Pinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team), scivolato molto indietro in classifica per via di una caduta. Sar\u00e0 quindi fondamentale gestire bene le energie in vista del settore finale, che potrebbe risultare decisivo per l&#8217;economia della classifica generale. Ovviamente, ci sar\u00e0 poi da percorrere con la giusta attenzione le varie discese previste dal tracciato per evitare di trovarsi coinvolti in situazioni potenzialmente pericolose.
