La prova in linea di categoria dei <strong>Mondiali di Glasgow 2023<\/strong> si \u00e8 chiusa infatti con il successo del francese, che si \u00e8 imposto coronando una grande azione solitaria, dopo che Laurance si era trovato in testa alla corsa facendo parte dell&#8217;attacco della prima ora. Il corridore che fa parte della formazione di sviluppo della Alpecin-Deceuninck (che firma cos\u00ec un notevole bis dopo il successo fra gli \u00e9lite di <strong>Mathieu van der Poel<\/strong>) ha resistito al tentativo di ritorno di un gruppetto, che ha quindi finito per lottare per le altre posizioni del podio.<\/p>\n<p>In questo gruppetto c&#8217;era uno splendido <strong>Lorenzo Milesi<\/strong>, che ha provato il tutto per tutto negli ultimi due chilometri, chiudendo per\u00f2 quinto. A completare il podio sono quindi il portoghese <strong>Antonio Morgado<\/strong> e lo slovacco<strong> Martin Svrcek<\/strong>, rispettivamente secondo e terzo al traguardo.<\/p>\n<h2>Il video dell&#8217;arrivo<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eurosport.it\/ciclismo\/mondiali\/2023\/axel-laurance-campione-del-mondo-u23-lorenzo-milesi-ai-piedi-del-podio-rivivi-la-volata_vid1968438\/embed-video.shtml\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Il racconto della corsa<\/h2>\n<p>La giornata di gara ha vissuto principalmente su un attacco da molto lontano, composto da 8 corridori fra cui c&#8217;erano l&#8217;azzurro Lorenzo Milesi, <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingpro.net\/spaziociclismo\/sintesi-gare\/mondiali-glasgow-2023-lorenzo-milesi-campione-del-mondo-nella-crono-u23\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fresco vincitore del titolo iridato a cronometro di categoria, <\/a>e proprio Laurance. Alle loro spalle, fin dal primo giro nel circuito finale si sono succeduti gli attacchi, provocando cos\u00ec una estrema selezione. Il francese ha piazzato l&#8217;allungo decisivo a circa 25 chilometri dall&#8217;arrivo, rimanendo da solo in testa e tenendo a distanza Antonio Morgado, Martin Svrcek e altri tre componenti della fuga iniziale, ovvero il tedesco <strong>Moritz Kretschy<\/strong>, il britannico<strong> Jack Rootkin-Gray<\/strong> e appunto Milesi. I cinque hanno alternato momenti di battaglia ad altri di scarsa collaborazione nel finale. Cos\u00ec, Laurance \u00e8 riuscito a gestire pochi, ma buonissimi, secondi di vantaggio per chiudere in perfetta solitudine.
