Quarta Monumento della stagione, la Doyenne mantiene quasi inalterato il tracciato in confronto al 2021, anche se una novit\u00e0 importante rispetto alla scorsa edizione sar\u00e0 l&#8217;assenza nei chilometri finali della C\u00f4te des Forges, tolta dal percorso a causa dei danni provocati dalle catastrofiche inondazioni che lo scorso luglio hanno colpito la zona. Nei 257,1 chilometri in programma <strong>domenica 24 aprile<\/strong> ci saranno comunque da affrontare dieci c\u00f4te, buona parte delle quali concentrate nella seconda met\u00e0 di gara, che come sempre dovrebbero rivelarsi decisive per selezionare il gruppo in vista del traguardo, <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclingpro.net\/spaziociclismo\/sintesi-gare\/liegi-bastogne-liegi-2021-tadej-pogacar-supera-julian-alaphilippe-allo-sprint\/\">dove lo scorso anno trionf\u00f2 Tadej Pogacar<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Percorso Liegi-Bastogne-Liegi 2022<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Liegi \u2013 Liegi (257,1 km)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A causa di alcuni lavori per la realizzazione di una tramvia, la partenza non avverr\u00e0 pi\u00f9 da Place Saint-Lambert, nel centro di <strong>Liegi<\/strong>, ma da Quai des Ardennes, dove la corsa si concluder\u00e0 qualche ora pi\u00f9 tardi, andando cos\u00ec a formare un vero e proprio anello di 257,1 chilometri. Come sempre, la prima parte di gara sar\u00e0 quella pi\u00f9 semplice, proponendo comunque poca pianura e solo qualche saliscendi non molto impegnativo, che sar\u00e0 utile soprattutto alla formazione della fuga di giornata. La prima vera asperit\u00e0, la <strong>C\u00f4te de la Roche-en-Ardenne<\/strong> (2,8 km al 6,2%), la si incontrer\u00e0 quindi dopo 76,7 chilometri dal via, 25 chilometri prima del giro di boa a <strong>Bastogne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Raggiunta e superata la cittadina belga, ci saranno un&#8217;altra sessantina di chilometri abbastanza tranquilli, interrotti solo dalla breve e impegnativa <strong>C\u00f4te de Saint-Roch<\/strong> (1 km all&#8217;11,2%), affrontata poco prima di raggiungere la met\u00e0 gara. La corsa entrer\u00e0 dunque nel vivo solamente ai -90 dalla conclusione, quando nel giro di 20 chilometri si scaleranno <strong>C\u00f4te de Mont-le-Soie<\/strong> (1,7 km al 7,9%), <strong>C\u00f4te de Wanne<\/strong> (3,6 km al 5,1%), <strong>C\u00f4te de Stockeu<\/strong> (1 km al 12,5%), dove si passer\u00e0 a fianco della stele dedicata a Eddy Merckx, e <strong>C\u00f4te de la Haute-Lev\u00e9e<\/strong> (2,2 km al 7,5%), che inizieranno a mettere fatica nelle gambe dei corridori, molti dei quali saranno gi\u00e0 costretti ad alzare bandiera bianca.<\/p>\n<p>Difficilmente, comunque, in questa fase si muoveranno i big, ma potrebbero verificarsi attacchi da parte delle seconde linee o tentativi da parte di quelle formazioni che non hanno un vero favorito al successo finale, che potrebbero sfruttare i dieci chilometri pi\u00f9 semplici dopo l&#8217;ultimo strappo per prendere un po&#8217; di margine sul gruppo in vista della successiva asperit\u00e0, il <strong>Col du Rosier<\/strong>, l&#8217;ascesa pi\u00f9 lunga della gara con i suoi 4400 metri. Con una pendenza media del 5,9%, non \u00e8 sicuramente questa la salita pi\u00f9 impegnativa affrontata durante la giornata, ma arriver\u00e0 dopo aver percorso gi\u00e0 200 chilometri di gara, dunque potrebbe far male a diversi corridori, soprattutto se davanti dovessero susseguirsi gli attacchi o se una squadra dovesse imporre un alto ritmo.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo una dozzina di chilometri di discesa, ecco arrivare la <strong>C\u00f4te de Desni\u00e9<\/strong>, strappo breve (1600 metri), ma esigente (8,1% di pendenza media), introdotto nella scorsa edizione per provare a movimentare un po&#8217; la situazione prima della mitica <strong>C\u00f4te de la Redoute<\/strong>, che come da tradizione costituir\u00e0 un momento chiave della corsa. \u00c8 lungo questi 2100 metri, all&#8217;8,9%, che si far\u00e0 una prima importante selezione tra i favoriti, che arrivati in cima avranno comunque ancora 30 chilometri da percorrere prima di arrivare al traguardo. Dopo lo scollinamento, un breve tratto di falsopiano e una veloce discesa anticiperanno la C\u00f4te de Sprimont, salita non particolarmente impegnativa ma da non sottovalutare (nonostante non sia una delle c\u00f4te &#8220;ufficiali&#8221; del tracciato), dove alcuni corridori potrebbero provare a rilanciare l&#8217;azione e tentare di portar via un gruppetto.<\/p>\n<p>Un drappello che riuscisse a prendere un po&#8217; di margine in questa fase potrebbe infatti risultare abbastanza pericoloso e rendere complicato l&#8217;inseguimento di ci\u00f2 che resta del gruppo, mentre un attaccante solitario si troverebbe a sprecare tante energie e, nonostante la gi\u00e0 citata assenza della C\u00f4te des Forges, non avrebbe speranze di superare incolume la terribile <strong>C\u00f4te de la Roche-aux-Faucons<\/strong>, ultima asperit\u00e0 di giornata, le cui prime rampe verranno affrontate quando la corsa sar\u00e0 gi\u00e0 entrata negli ultimi 15 chilometri. Con una pendenza media dell&#8217;11% e punte del 15%, saranno questi 1300 metri che opereranno la selezione decisiva tra i big, anche se, un chilometro dopo lo scollinamento, non sar\u00e0 da sottovalutare il tratto in leggera salita di circa 2000 metri di Boncelles, dove un ulteriore rilancio potrebbe a quel punto consentire anche a un corridore solitario di lanciarsi verso l&#8217;arrivo.<\/p>\n<p>Gli ultimi dieci chilometri, infatti, saranno quasi tutti in discesa, i primi cinque in maniera leggera mentre i successivi tre in maniera pi\u00f9 decisa, dunque un attaccante solitario non dovrebbe perdere troppo terreno sugli eventuali inseguitori. Se in testa alla corsa dovesse invece esserci un drappello ristretto, sar\u00e0 difficile per un corridore fare la differenza sugli altri in questa fase, mentre maggiori possibilit\u00e0 di anticipare lo sprint potrebbero esserci negli ultimi 2000 metri pianeggianti prima del traguardo di <strong>Liegi<\/strong>, che per il quarto anno di fila sar\u00e0 posto in Quai des Ardennes al termine di un rettilineo di 900 metri.<\/p>\n<h2>Salite Liegi-Bastogne-Liegi 2022<\/h2>\n<table class=\"sortable jquery-tablesorter\" style=\"height: 306px;
